Filipino martial arts
Learn the Filipino martial arts — Kali, Eskrima, Arnis — and practical self-defense skills, in small, focused classes.
What are Filipino Martial Arts?
Filipino martial arts (FMA) is an umbrella term for the fighting systems that originated in the Philippines. Depending on lineage and region, they are also known as Kali, Eskrima (or Escrima) and Arnis — different names for the same tradition of blade, stick and empty-hand fighting. Silat is the sibling art from Indonesia.
We focus on Pekiti Tirsia Kali (PTK), a complete system developed by Grand Tuhon Leo T. Gaje Jr. It emphasizes positioning the body to control and neutralize an opponent, with weapons and empty hands alike.
Classes
Classes are kept small — private or semi-private — so everyone gets real attention. No experience needed.
